Yesterday I didn't have one sip of coffee. Today I'm paying for it. I woke up with a splitting headache and it hasn't left me all day. I feel like I'm having a stroke. It just goes to show you how addicting coffee is. I'm trying desperately trying to loose weight it just is not happening. No matter what diet I try I can't seem to stick with it. I need to go back on Weight Watchers and be religious about tracking my points. At least I can eat and drink the food I like.
